About The Abundance Mindset 

The abundance mindset is an antidote to a mindset of scarcity. Scarcity can lead to living out of fear as opposed to love and kindness. Feelings of scarcity are linked to dissatisfaction, anxiety, and lack of fulfillment regardless of what is actually happening or being accomplished. The goal of developing an abundance mindset isn’t to create magical happenings, but to instead decrease unnecessary worry and live a more joy filled life. 

With a scarcity mindset, you believe that everything is limited. Time is limited. Money is limited. Love is limited. This causes you to worry about the future. You’re consciously or unconsciously more concerned with what might go wrong than with what could go right. You make fear-based decisions. You’re afraid of missing out. How To Build An Abundance Mindset of Your Own 

Seeing the world in a new way is a process. A new mindset is not a switch that can be turned on or off. To have an abundance mindset, you have to build it and sometimes that means starting from scratch. 

1) Narrow Your Focus

What kind of abundance mindset do you want to grow?

Energy Abundance, Financial Abundance, Resource Abundance, Time Abundance 

2) Set Your Intentions

What do you wish to gain from the development of this mindset ? 

3) Think, Question, Explore 

  • What does abundance mean to you ?
  • How do you feel when you have abundance?
  • What words come to mind when you think of abundance ? How can create a sense of abundance within yourself amidst difficult times?
  • How would your world be different if lived within
  • abundance ?
  • What would you do if you had total abundance ?
  • How do you act different when you have the feeling of abundance ?
